Embossing
A marking method consisting in making a print with special inks on sublimation (transfer) paper and then transferring it onto polyester fabric with the use of high temperature sublimation presses.
Sublimation is the most durable method of labelling - the print does not lose its quality even after many washings. The graphics are printed into the material, practically invisible to the touch.
The most prestigious and impressive marking method. Embroidery is characterised by durability and resistance to abrasion and discolouration - it does not fade, does not crumble. It is not affected by washing and ironing.
The products are embroidered individually, which makes it possible to produce each piece according to an individual design. We have our own 15 colour machine with the maximum embroidery area of 30×40 cm.
An universal marking technique which can be successfully applied to many types of materials such as cotton, knitwear and synthetics. It is perfect for labelling clothing, caps, bags or towels.
This type of labelling allows the printing of an area limited only by the size of the silkscreen (approx. 25x25 cm). The screen carousel allows us to print up to 8 colours. The use of very resistant inks guarantees that the print is resistant to UV radiation, moisture, mechanical damage or washing.
A printing technique consisting in thermal heating of previously prepared FLEX foil cut out on a plotter into the shape of a desired emblem or logo.
This technology allows even a small number of copies to be made. The greatest advantage of this method is its attractive price and excellent print quality. The use of very resistant inks guarantees that the prints are resistant to UV radiation, moisture, mechanical damage or washing.
Hot stamping or embossing. This technology is a form of branding for quick drying towels made from microfibre.
Hot embossing allows your logo to be transferred onto the surface of the towel, which is made from 100% polyester microfibre.
